As a young Church that has just completed it's first year of Gathering together we understand the need for healthy well developed vision.  We believe that the Lord is moving towards a unique model of leadership and we are desiring to invest in those who desire to become teachers and mentors.  We also desire to create a group of visionaries that will help to maintain solidarity with the mission and vision of Adsideo as we develop as a Healthy Body of Followers.  If you have any interest in learning more about leadership please drop Pastor Jim an email adsideo.jim@gmail.com.
