Coming up on Saturday, January 30 is our winter RefresHer, a day that expresses our commitment to sharing life and celebrating beauty with women who are currently experiencing homelessness. We will partner with the Portland Rescue Mission/Shepherd's Door by providing a meal, clothing closet, showers, haircuts by professional stylists, and other gifts. The event takes place at the Portland Rescue Mission from 12-4pm (if you'd like to set up, you can arrive at 10am). We need (lady) table hosts, clothing organizers, and other willing bodies to help make this day run smoothly. Please contact Amanda Paxton for more information about the event, at 509-554-6331. CHristmas Eve at the Portland Rescue mission

Wow, can you believe that it's Christmastime already? I can't--time is flying by! As is customary for us, Adsideo will be hosting dinner at Portland Rescue Mission on Christmas Eve again this year. This will be our 4th time hosting this special occasion. It's an amazing time to not only brighten the day of those guests who walk through the door, but it's a chance for us to deepen our understanding of Christ and this season as well.

If you haven't joined us at the Mission for a Christmas Eve before, I can tell you that it's a very special time. The mission makes a wonderful dinner and we transform the chapel into a very social dining experience. We'll have music, art, and conversation to share with the people we encounter. This is an amazing opportunity to live out all of the things we've been discussing in the gathering these past months!

Invite your family and friends! We need 50 volunteers to host this event. It sounds like a lot, I know, but with you guys, I know we can make that happen!

All skill levels are invited. We start at 7pm till 8:30pm.

Join us for a chance to celebrate the baptism of many of the family members of Adsideo. We will be gathering at the Willamette River in Sellwood near Oak Park at our regular (10am) gathering time on Sunday, June 12th. Join us afterward for a time of celebration, BBQ and softball at Sellwood Park.
